It began with a dream to live self-sufficiently, in a place we could call our forever home. We fell in love with Eastern Oregon when we started coming over from central Oregon to hunt many years earlier. The area was quiet and the people were genuine! We began searching for the perfect piece of property that combined open fields & timber. It took about a year before we finally landed on this 160 acres and we have never looked back! I wanted to create something beautiful with the land, a peaceful, thoughtful place and flowers have seemed to be the answer! We are currently growing on about 1/4 acre with a heated greenhouse and a hoop house completed in 2023 with an NRCS grant.
It hasn’t been easy to say the least, each day brings new challenges, and well Mother Nature has a mind of her own, but we are determined to leave this place better than we found it…
